The Wicked Winter Read-a-thon was hosted by Rebecca at Kindle Fever and April at My Shelf Confessions.
I did not have any set goals for this read-a-thon, which was a good thing since I already knew that Saturday would be a slow reading day for me because I traveled 3+ hours each way to Jodi Meadows’ launch party and signing and Friday turned out to be slower because at the last minute someone was coming over to paint the dining room and other things in the house, so I did not get much done. Luckily, I was able to save face by finishing at least one book, The Butterfly Clues by Kate Ellison (which was amazing!) and I started a second, Fractured Light by Rachel McClellan, and got 26% through it before the read-a-thon ended.
Better luck next time, right? :)
