Most of the giveaways on The Musings of ALMYBNENR are limited to residents of the United States but at times there will be international giveaways or a combination of both. Please refer to the giveaway announcements and forms for specifics.

Most of the giveaway prizes are provided by The Musings of ALMYBNENR, but in select cases the prizes will be provided by authors or publishers and shipped by the same. These select cases will be noted in the giveaway announcements.

Entrants must be at least thirteen (13) years of age (or have parent/guardian permission) to enter any giveaways (except for select giveaways in which entrants much be eighteen years of age). The Musings of ALMYBNENR does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen. The Musings of ALMYBNENR has no way of confirming your age, so I ask for honesty when it comes to this matter.

The Musings of ALMYBNENR may shorten or extend a giveaway deadline without prior notice. Entries will only be accepted during giveaway period. Any entries submitted after the deadline will be disregarded.

Winners will be chosen using Rafflecopter unless otherwise stated.

Winners will be announced on The Musings of ALMYBNENR and notified by email. Winners will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond with their information before a new winner is chosen.

The Musings of ALMYBNENR is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in the mail.

Personal information will not be saved or used for any purpose, other than to mail the prize.

Parents/guardians: If your child has provided The Musings of ALMYBNENR with personally identifiable information, please contact me. Please instruct your children never to give out their real names, addresses, or phone numbers without parental permission when using the Internet.
